Jessie’s Maple Pecan Pie

Here is my favorite Pecan pie recipe. It is based on my Great Grandmother Netta’s Pecan Pie recipe with my own addition of maple syrup and brandy.
Jessie's Maple Pecan Pie

2/3 Cup Sugar

1/3 Cup Butter (melted)

½ Cup Maple Syrup

½ Cup Corn Syrup

½ Teaspoon Salt

3 Eggs

1¼ Cup Pecans (rough chopped)

*For brandy option reduce Corn Syrup to ¼ Cup and add ¼ Cup brandy

Pie Crust (I use a gluten free pie crust, but a regular pie crust will work just as well.

 

 

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour into pie crust and bake 45-55 min at 325f
